# Plugin Activation Issue

 * I am currently facing difficulties activating the [Visit Notifications](https://wordpress.org/plugins/visit-notifications/)
   on my WordPress website. I attempted to install the plugin both through the WordPress
   dashboard’s Add Plugin feature and manually through the WordPress repository,
   but the plugin activation failed. The plugin is not activating, and I am encountering
   an error.
 * **Steps to Reproduce:**
   1. Go to WordPress Dashboard.2. Navigate to Plugins -
   > Add New.3. Search for Visit Notifications.4. Click on “Install Now” and then“
   Activate.”
 * **Additional Information:**
   WordPress Version: 6.4.2Plugin Version: 3.1.0The 
   theme is Use: Houzez By FavethemesPHP Version: 8.2.12
 * **Troubleshooting Steps Taken:**
   1. I attempted to deactivate and reactivate 
   the plugin.2. I reinstalled the plugin from the WordPress repository.
