plugin activation page hangs

    I upgraded a test site to wordpress 3.0.1.

    I have disabled all plugins. Whenever I activate more a couple of plugins the activation of a plugin ‘locks up’ (white screen and nothing happens anymore) and from then on I have no access anymore to the wordpress plugin admin page until I desactivate all plugins trough a database update.

    This blocks me from upgrading to wordpress 3.0.1 for my main page. Anybody who can help ?

    I just had a similar problem. I’m just learning WordPress and coded a plugin from a book as part of the process. After debugging a number of simple errors the plugin activation page locks up upon activation. I just get a white screen… Please Help.

    In my case it was solved by increasing the php memory in the controlpanel of my webhost. I changed it from 32 to 64 mb.
