# Plugin Active Installs – works correctly?

 * Hi everybody,
 * i have two questions about the number of activated installations for a plugin.
 * Why can’t the exact number of activated installations be displayed?
 * Does this information refer to the last recent published version?
 * We have the impression that the information given is not correct.

 * Are you referring to the plugins page in the wordpress admin. What exactly is
   the error? Could you provide a screenshot for example?

 * In the past 6 months we have seen steady growth in active installations for our
   plugin.
 * However, the “Active installation display” does not change from 10000+ on WordPress.
