# Plugin adds “uncaught ReferenceError”

 * Hi!
 * Plugin seems to work great but…when the plugin is activated, there is an error
   showing up in the error console:
 * Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at [http://www.apptamin.com/:269](http://www.apptamin.com/:269)
   q2w3-fixed-widget.min.js:1
 * If I deactivate the plugin, this does not show anymore. Any idea why?

 * I think I know what’s going on. You are minifying JS and CSS and forcing them
   to load at the footer (one of the plugin you use for optimization/performance
   does that). I will fix this in new release and update you here. Get the latest

 * This issue has been fixed as of v2.5.5. Please let us know if it fixes the issue
   you are having as well.
