 * Good Morning:
    I just installed version 1.6.7.5. Now, I can’t see AAM on the
   Users Menu. Is there something I’ve done incorrectly?
 * Cheers,
    Bruce.

 * Hi **bknack**,
    Most likely some other plugin stealing the AAM place in Admin
   Menu.

    Vasyl

 * Hello:
 * OK, I did not realize that in the new version of the software I should find AAM
   under AWM Group.
 * I’ve deactivated all other plugins.
 * When I open AWM Group I get two menu items:
    Advanced Access Manager Wordpress
   Plugin Kickstarter NEW
 * If I click on the first option it opens and says:
    Advanced Access Manager
 * Very … setup too.
 * with three buttons on the bottom:
    Read More / Latest Version Installed / Support
 * The middle button (Latest Version Installed) does nothing.
 * I don’t know what to do to actually get to the AAM application. There is no menu
   under AMW Group in the left hand menu bar.
 * Here’s a screen dump.

 * Cheers and TIA!
    Bruce.

 * Exactly the same problem. I have de-activated all other plugins, but the pop-
   out menu does not appear.
 * However, if you DELETE the plugin and re-install, the sub-menus are available.
 * The direct URL is xxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_access.
 * Hope this work-around helps, but there does seem to be a problem!

 * Hi **bknack**,
 * > The middle button (Latest Version Installed) does nothing.
 * Because it says that the Latest Version Installed.
 * Most likely you just had to re-install AAM in fact somebody else installed it
   for you before and you did not have Super Admin Role.
    By default ONLY Super
   Admin has access to AAM. To give ability for other admins to manager AAM you
   have to check “AAM Manage” Capability for Administrator Role. That is why, as
   suggested **Robbie_berns** you have to reinstall the AAM.

    Vasyl

 * I have never gotten AAM to display correctly, in spite of deleting/reinstalling
   several times; [screenshot here](https://sge.lclark.edu/wp/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/AdvancedAccessManager.png).
 * I must ask: to what extent does AAM allow manipulation (e.g., sorting or hiding)
   of all metaboxes on post edit window? This is primarily what we need to do, and
   AAM did advertise some metabox capability (“Filter Metaboxes”) but I’m now thinking
   that this is not its primary function.

 * Jim P.

 * Thanks Guys.
 * I am not using WPMU – just single site, so there is no “super admin”. Nor can
   I find a capability “AAM Manage”.
 * There must be a little more to this problem
