 * When network enabled the dashboard panel almost immediately gave me the following
   error
    “cURL library returned empty result. Contact your system administrator
   to fix this issue.” when I visited Network » Users » Access Manager so unable
   to set any network wide settings but appeared reasonably normal when viewed on
   each sub site
 * when Not network enabled and enabled on a per site basis selecting to view a
   category of links threw a serious error reporting the URL length was too long
   so immediately disabled the plugin.
 * on the posts and pages options only one page was visible others not shown

 * still got the problem with version 1.5.7 of the plugin the error
    “cURL library
   returned empty result. Contact your system administrator to fix this issue.”
   is thrown when I visit the Access Manager panel on the Network Dashboard, I have
   not checked for the problems i was having when activating per single site and
   not network activated which disappeared when I deactivated your plugin.

 * Hi DavyB,
    According to my experience this is something very special is configured
   for your server. Can you also check error.log. For more info read this [http://whimba.org/support#viewtopic.php?f=6&t=11#p15](http://whimba.org/support#viewtopic.php?f=6&t=11#p15)

 * Damn, I thought there was something funny | special with this hosting
 * Cannot send copy of error log referenced, since it has got Filesize 0
    WTF, any
   other ideas?
 * I have other problems that may be impacting
    e.g. cron jobs with next dates in
   the past come to mind.

 * In past some users had complains regarding cURL library returned empty result.

   And during deep investigation I found that some servers does not allow to send
   session cookie though curl lib. So I excluded it and immediately got back from
   users that it works. In your case there can be an issue that cURL is not installed
   as a module. You can contact your sys admin and ask if it is installed. Or even
   much better, if you have an access to server logs, just check there for answers.
 * And one more thing, if your error log file in advanced-access-manager/temp is
   empty it means that plugin works correctly, something wrong with server configurations.
 * Let me know with new updated, I’m really wanna know what is wrong.
 * Regards,
    Vasyl
