# [Plugin: Advanced Responsive Video Embedder] Video Maximal Width doesn't work

 * I have tried to use the “Video Maximal Width:” setting to control the max width
   of the players, but it has no effect on the pages. Videos get the full container
   width no matter what value I enter there.
 * At least for the YouTube and Vimeo videos I have tested with.

 * In the later versions (you have) this feature only works for thumbnail and fixed
   mode (or not at all if there is a bug). It does work in my current dev version,
   and so it will in upcoming versions (i hope 😉 )
