# [Plugin: An Unexpected error] Unable to Install Plugin – WP server error?

 * Hi there,
 * I’m currently experiencing this error on WP plugins. I cant search and install
   new plugins unless I download them on WP plugin directory and manually install
   them. There’s a plugin where I need to install automatically but when I tried
   to do it manually it doesnt work properly as I need to edit the root of the theme.
 * Kindly please check and let me know if we can do something about this? My other
   websites are working properly so I dont know what’s wrong with this one.
