 * I’m using a wp bakery based website. I tried both the js code from your website
   and the shortcode generated by your plugin, but the output remains blank. How
   to fix this?

 * Problem solved: the js code has to be injected into the page by using the Raw
   HTML plug. without the plug, your js cannot be inserted into wpbakery. I think
   it’d be a good idea to add this information to your install guide
