The errors appear under “Minimize redirects” and come from the Instagram plugin. When we deactivate the plugin, and redo the test, the YSlow Score goes up to “ C” (75%) and the Minimize Redirects errors completely disappear. * We love your plugin! We hate to keep it deactivated, but also we hate to have our site slowed down because of the errors. Can you please fix it so it won’t generate redirects? * Thank you. Stay safe. Can you go to _Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > Image Resizing > enable **Favor Local Images** > click Save Changes_ to see if this resolves the issue? In many cases, to improve GTMetrix score you will also want to enable the setting **Disable JS Image Loading**. I suggest you enable this and see whether this improves it in your case. * Let me know if you need any more help. * Many thanks. * [tdechangy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tdechangy/) * (@tdechangy) * [5 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-and-minimizing-redirects/#post-13451275) * Before enabling “favor local images” I saw 4 wrong(?) images loaded, those are all named “?size=t” with a 302 status URL, and type “text/html Redirect”. * After setting to “favor local images” this didn’t change the issue here, and in fact my actual test give 404 status for those local images, while still displaying the secondary images. * + I’ve also seen from time to time that /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is loading with a long TTFB (3s on my localhost for an example). Disabling this should reduce the load on > the admin-ajax.php loading time. As for the errors that were ‘solved’ with > Autoptimize, you were most likely seeing caching errors with old resizing images > that do not exist.
