 * Hi All,
 * I tried to install plugin into my woocommerce website (maxstore) in localhost
   but I was getting the following response:
 * **Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.
   org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please 
   try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to
   WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in C:\xampp1\htdocs\
   training\wp-admin\includes\plugin-install.php on line 158**
 * Something went wrong with the plugin API.
 *  Kindly let me know how to resolve this problem

 * It happens when your localhost isn’t able to connect to WordPress API. Check 
   if your internet is working properly (fast) and try again. Hope it works. 🙂

 * Go to your Xampp Apache /bin directory and check for a file named libssh2.dll.
   If it is not there (and it probably isn’t), go to the Xampp PHP directory and
   copy the libssh2.dll file to the Xampp apache /bin directory.
 * Now restart Apache in Xampp and see if you can access wordpress.org from the 
   plugins and themes pages. If you can’t, then check the phpinfo() page in Xampp
   and make sure you have the PHP cURL extension installed.
