# Plugin apparently not working

 * Just installed and activated the plugin, yet nothing happens / show up.
 * The Snatchbot dashboard page is just blank
 * I’m running WordPress 5.3.2 with a theme based on Twenty Fourteen. Regarding 
   plugins, nothing out of the ordinary. Just so you know, it’s also running WPML.

 * ich habe hier eine Frage, welches mir Bauchschmerzen bereitet.
 * Wenn ich die FAQ in meinem Snatchbot einbaue, wäre es möglich dass das Chatbot
   bei Änderung der FAQ diese automatisiert erlernt oder müsste man die manuell 
   wieder konfigurieren?
