 * I live the simplicity and effectiveness of this plugin, however I have one complaint.
   I have a page that I would not like to use this plugin on.
 * Is there a way to exclude an ‘ID’ from this plugin and force it not to “Aside”
   them?

 * No, currently there is not way to exclude particular posts based in their ID.
   As for parsing pages in general, [the problem is known](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/259826?replies=3)
   and will be implemented in the next version.
