[Plugin: Auto ThickBox Plus] IE position problem

There is a problem when running Auto Thickbox Plus in IE. The popup position is not correct, it partly outside the browser windows. If I select “Use WordPress built-in thickbox.js/css”, the popup position is correct, but a lot of the excellent functionality disappears and other problems occur.

If you open this page in IE, you will see the problem. All other browser, including iPad, works fine.
