 * Unfortunately, this doesn’t work if the main stylesheet is included after wp_head()
   is called. However, I don’t know if this is possible within WordPress…

 * Autoptimize doesn’t use wp_head in any way, and should catch all stylesheets,
   before or after wp_head()
 * If it still doesn’t work, could you link me to the blog in question so I can 
   analyze the situation?
