 * I assume it’s really just the “Uploads” folder that is the key one to backup.
   What do other people backup daily?
 * I have my themes and anything else key backed up manually.

 * the uploads can be backed up locally too… its the entire website that is necessary.
   All the database and the plugins that you use. Every setting that you do… i guess
   so…
