# Plugin: Bad plugin attempt – Destination Folder Already Exist

 * Had a bad 1st attempt to install a plugin – plugin file not zipped. On all subsequent
   attempts, with the zipped plugin file, I get the following results:
    Unpacking
   the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Destination folder already exists. /home/my-ID/public_html/wp-content/plugins/
   plugin-filename/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * How can I get this entry removed so that I can install the plugin sucessfully?
