# [Plugin: Better WP Security] Compatibility issues with WP Super Cache

 * Since last update (3.4.2) I am getting “forced empty cache” every few minutes.
   It makes WP Super Cache unusable. I didn’t have any problems before update.
 * Someone else with this problem?

 * Looks like the problem is that the function checkaway calls $bwps->clearcache()
   which will clear the cache. This function is called from wp_authenticate and 
   wp_authenticate is called whenever someone tries to login to the control panel.

 * I commented out line 148 of `/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/inc/secure.

 * The latest version 3.4.3 did fix the problem where the cache was cleared every
   time you logged into the WordPress control panel. I did notice that in the latest
   version, the cache will be cleared if I go to the View Logs tab and then click
   on the “Remove Data” button in order to remove old data. It doesn’t seem like
   it’s really necessary to clear the cache just because I clear the old logs (especially
   since you recommend regularly clearing the logs to improve performance).

 * @DoctoMicro Thanks….. That’s what I get for combining GApps accounts (I remembered
   to move everything but YouTube and Chrome extensions). I will be fixing soon.
