There is no special way of configuring the appointment request. In fact, even if you do not provide“ Appointment Email To” from settings page it will fallback on “General Email To”. Have you checked your spam folder? It worked fine before I upgraded to 1.3.5. It will not allow me to select a date on the appointment calendar.
