# Plugin blocking cache

 * Hi guys,
 * We have noticed lately that your plugin is blocking our websites cache and causing
   it to crash. Is there a way that you can push an update to make it
    cache-friendly,
   or if its a required cookie, provide a custom VCL (cache rule) that allows the
   cookie to bypass the cache? We love your plugin but unfortunately we had to deactivate
   it to make the website stable again.

 * We are hosing on Dream Host’s Dreampress so they have “built in” caching.

 * Also.. for a bit more info: From some preliminary checks I performed, the caching
   block looks to becoming from the cleantalk-spam-protect plugin setting the “apbct_*”
   headers which set a “no-cache” response on the site. This can be
    confirmed by
   temporarily deactivating the plugin then re-testing the response.

 * Please, do the following:
    1. Go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-
   Spam by CleanTalk —> disable “SpamFireWall”; 2. Go to WordPress Admin Page —>
   Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Use
   alternative mechanism for cookies” to “**On**” —> Save Changes.
 * It will fix the issue with any hosting cache.
