# Plugin blocking other emails

 * Hi,
 * I have this other plugin that sends reset password emails. When I have your plugin
   activated, those emails don’t get sent. I tried to deactivate this plugin and
   the reset password emails got sent again. Any idea why is this? Thank you so 
   much.

 * Thank you Kuba for your fast response.
 * I have only disabled the welcome email, so I could only use the one made with
   the plugin. It seems like even the custom email doesn’t get sent. After I had
   posted the original post I got some emails from my testing (30-60 minutes late).
   I have no idea why since I have previously received all emails with little to
   no delay without using an SMTP service. I don’t really know anymore if it is 
   due to the plugin or some other issue.

 * Delay might be caused by the [Background Processing feature](https://docs.bracketspace.com/notification/user-guide/advanced/background-processing),
   if you have that enabled.
 * The best way to test is to enable the Notification log in Notifications -> Settings-
   > Debugging.
 * Can you let me know what’s the other plugin that is sending the password reset
   email? Also, the welcome email is sent via our Notification plugin?
