 * Basically what’s in the title.
 * When the Siteorigin Widgets Bundle plugin is active, the Appearance > Customize
   page is not accessible, it returns a WordPress “not found” page, aka “It looks
   like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below?”.
 * Managed to find out Widgets Bundle is the problem by disabling all plugins and
   enabling one by one and trying to reach the page.
 * Fix?

 * Hi, thanks for reaching out.
 * Does the issue persist with a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and only the
   Widgets Bundle activated?

 * Theme is SiteOrigin North
 * WordPress, Theme and Plugin are up to date.
 * edit: Just to be more clear, this didn’t happen before, I used to access “Customize”
   without any problem with the same plugin and theme. It’s been a long time since
   I had to access Appearance > Customize so I don’t really know when this started
   to happen.

 * Thanks for the update. Please, confirm that the issue is happening with only
   the Widgets Bundle activated. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the
   Widgets Bundle and then re-check the issue.

 * Yes, the problem still happens when all the plugins are deactivated and ONLY
   SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is activated.
 * WordPress 6.1.1
   SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.45.0SiteOrigin North 1.19.13 (that’s
   what it says in the files since WordPress admin panel doesn’t give you a theme
   version, but it says it’s up to date)

 * Thanks for confirming. Try going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save.
   Any change?

 * Thanks.
 * When the issue occurs you can try checking for console errors as follows. Errors
   will be in red text:
 * [https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis](https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis)
 * If there are no errors in red text and if possible, enabling debug logging would
   be helpful:
 * > [Debugging in WordPress](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/)
 * The wp-config.php file is located in your WordPress root folder. You can navigate
   to it using FTP or your Hosting File Manager application.

 * There is one basic error in the console:
   _GET [https://xxx.xxx.xxx/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php](https://xxx.xxx.xxx/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php)
   404 (Not Found)_
 * I also enabled the debug log and tried to access “Customize” a few times but
   nothing shows up, debug.log is around 1 year old with old errors not related
   to this.

 * Thanks. If there are no security plugins activated and no security plugins listed
   under Plugins > Dropins, please, take a screenshot of the console error and ask
   your hosts if they might be blocking the request.
