    Hello @abiodunaa,

We’re sorry to hear that the plugin caused problems on your site. Below are some insights and next steps to address the situation.

    Potential Reasons for the Issue:
Conflicts with other plugins or your active theme could be causing the issue. Sometimes, updates to WordPress, your theme, or other plugins introduce compatibility problems.

A corrupted installation of the plugin (either the free or PRO version) could result in errors that affect the website’s functionality.

    More Information Needed:
To better understand the problem, we’ll need more details about how the plugin is breaking your website:

    • Did your website display a specific error message or crash entirely?
    • Was it a front-end issue affecting users, or did it prevent you from accessing the WordPress admin panel?
    • Were there any logs or error messages provided during WordPress recovery mode?
Providing this information will help us identify the root cause and suggest an appropriate solution.

    Contact Our Support Team:
Please reach out to us with the above details so we can investigate further.

You can contact us directly via our support form: WooBeWoo Support Form.

Alternatively, reply here with any additional context or screenshots you can share.

    Check Plugin Versions:
Let us know which versions of the Currency Switcher plugin (both free and PRO) you are using. If they are outdated, updating to the latest versions may resolve the issue, as newer updates often fix bugs and improve compatibility.

Similarly, confirm your WordPress version and any other relevant plugin or theme updates.

    Possible Immediate Solutions:
If you re-install the plugin, try doing so one version at a time (start with the free plugin) to check if the issue reoccurs.

Test the plugin in a staging environment or with all other plugins disabled and a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three). This can help pinpoint conflicts.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with the requested details, and we’ll provide the next steps to resolve this issue promptly.
