 * It seams that the plugin breaks the new order layout of WC 3.3.x
 * In the new WC version there is a new look for the Status column on the order 
   page in admin. There should be colored boxed with the status of the order.
 * When the Document manager is active there is no order status visible.
 * This class is added that breaks the layout: .widefat .column-order_status mark
