 * First of all, thanks for great plugin!
 * Is there an option in settings to place category and date line above the thumbnail(
   on first line), or do I have to edit the code?
 * In the end, I need this order:
    1. mega-post-category 2. mega-post-date 3. mega-
   post-image 4. mega-post-title 5. …
