Plugin Breaks Product displays

After installing your plugin everything was working fine then the store owner made an edit to the stock for this product now the site isnβt showing up correctly?
To fix it I had to delete the variations for this product and then add them back in.

I am sorry to hear you are having issue with the site. However, this is very unlikely being caused by ATUM.
ATUM does not make changes to any code.
Have you tried to repeat the same steps? Please, do try and see if it happens again.

Yes it seems I was able to duplicate it and figure out what causes it at the same time. On Variable Products if Manage Stock at the Product level was turned on and the product was edited thru ATUM then it would break that product and cause the issue.

To fix it I had to disable the plugin then go to the products that were broken, uncheck the Manage Stock at the Product Level, then fix the stock of each variable product, then re-enable the plugin.

I use Firefox and the main user that was editing the stock in the ATUM uses Safari as she is a Mac user.
WordPress: 4.8.1
ATUM: 1.2.5.1
WooCommerce: Version 3.1.1

We have just talked with the senior developer and according to your screenshots it seems some kind of PHP error. What we would need is the site’s PHP log file. If you had the PHP error logging enabled before, we just need the file. If not, please, do enable the PHP error logging and re-produce the issue. After that just download and email us the file. We will be able to pin point where the issue is coming from.

We are actually migrating to a brand new server later tonight that has a new version of centOS on it so hopefully this will not happen again. I wanted to give you all the heads up because it is a great plugin and wanted to make sure we documented what happened so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will enable to php log once we migrate over and see if i can reproduce.

I would still really like you do the test now. We still think this is an outside error by some kind, but we will never find out what caused it unless we get the log from this system.
We are building this plugin to be the best and most advanced business tool within WooCommerce. To do that we will need help from our users. If it will not bother you too much, please, do download the log. If it is in deed an ATUM issue we will make sure to fix it before the next release.
Sorry guys I was at a car show working yesterday and didn’t get home to very late last night. I was able to enable the php log from the server and run some tests but it did not happen yesterday. I was doing it all from my phone and ipad but wasn’t able to reproduce it.
So the system is not allowing people to order again even though the product variables have stock and the main product says **The stock is currently managed by the ATUM plugin** but the main product says it is Out of Stock in all products.

I am logged in, but I can see all your products in stock.
**The Stock is currently managed by the ATUM plugin** – this does not take any ordering functionality of the products, it just means you can see the product in stock central.
The Products are:
YV Fall Blend Loose Leaf Tea, Cut & Sifted and Buy 4x 250g Bags Loose Tea, Cut & Sifted. It doesn’t show the variable product is out of stock it shows the main product is out of stock. The Buy 4x 250g Bags Loose Tea, Cut & Sifted is a package deal so if the if you go to https://freshalternative.net/shop/split-kilo/ and try to add the any of the products it shows it is out of stock because again on the product page it is showing out of stock.Hi there,
I have used your link and went for adding the product in question to the basket as a deal. Everything seems to be working perfectly well.

Reading your comment above, it seems there is a problem with the plugin that runs the deal. Or pulls the date from WooCommerce. None of the features you have mentioned above is actually controlled by ATUM. However, I am happy to assist further. Let me know.

I could not wait any longer so I had to disable the plugin and update both of the products to say in stock and save them then re-enable the plugin.

All you want is the product status within the ‘All Products’ menu of WooCommerce. I have missed that in your message earlier.
YES, it will show ‘Out of Stock’ when ATUM is on and you control the stock of the variations and keep the Variable at 0.
BUT, the point of ATUM is not to use the ‘All Products’ menu. You have Stock Central that is lot more powerful. For us to show the products in Stock Central, we have to block the ‘Control Stock at product level’ option within products.
