Please follow this,
1. Log in via FTP or File manager at hosting panel.
2. Go to WORDPRES_ROOT/wp-content/plugins.
3. Delete folder ‘cleantalk-spam-protect’.
4. Try to load frontend&backend of website.
Does it work?
When i disable him the site is working.
only when i active the plugin only the backend loads

Are you using last version of CleanTalk (5.3)?
Do not disable/enable plugin, just delete it and reinstall again, it must helps. If not, maybe there is function ct_init is already declared in your new theme. So, please, give me name and version of your theme, i’ll try to solve your problem.

It seems, that i found the solution of your problem. Download this archive: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.5.3-dev.zip and reinstall our plugin, following this instruction:
1. Go to WordPress Console -> Plugins.
2. Deactivate, delete “Anti-spam by CleanTalk”.
3. Go to WordPress Console -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload.
4. Upload and activate new version.
Error “Cannot redeclare ct_init()” now have to disappear. Please, let us know, does it helped you or not

when i upload the new version and active it. he completly mess up my theme.
also the java is not working anymore and other stuff in the theme.
