Have you tried to reset rewrites after installing woocommerce? Set them to default and then to _pretty_ again. * Seems to solve the problem for me. When I started developing this site I decided to use ACF to give the client an easy way to manage product options. However, a couple of the plugins they wanted to use are only compatible with Woocommerce Product attributes so I deleted the plugin and recreated all the fields within Woo. When I disabled/deleted ACF, the Woocommerce Product Data tab disappeared! After I reinstalled/activated the plugin, the Woocommerce Product Data tab is back. I tried disabling the plugin again and used WP-Optimize, WP Plugins Garbage Collector, and Options Optimizers to try to remove any references to ACF without success. It seems the only way to make the Woocommerce Product Data metabox load now is to have ACF enabled even though I’m not using it!
