The plugin shows a blank screen and won’t let me create any forms. I do not get the error on Godaddy. So i’m guessing it’s something with the server configuration, .php file, maybe? If this can help anyone get this issue resolved, i would appreciate it as i like having the option to use different hosting companies and i also want to use this plugin.
