plugin broken?

Just installed the newest version, put in my redirect URL’s and hit the update button on the plugin settings and it fails to update, while trying to navigate to a ‘Page Not Found.’

/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wplogin_redirect.php is the path it is trying to go to on update.
