 * Hi, thanks for the plugin it’s been so useful to do mass uploads via FTP then
organize it all through the plugin in the dashboard. I’ve had a few issues recently
though, so a while ago I uninstalled the plugin because I thought I was done
with my project and didn’t need to add anything else. Obviously I was wrong and
so I went to download the plugin again only for it not to load at all, and just
hang for a while after clicking the plugin then just showing a blank page but
with the dashboard to the left. I did do something in between removing it and
reinstalling the plugin though, I downloaded WP-Optimize plugin and removed a
bunch of database entries. In hindsight some must have been belonged to Media
Library Folders but I assume doing this would be the same as using the reset
plugin that comes with MLF. So far what I’ve tried to do is deactivate MLF and
activate the reset plugin and follow the reset procedure correctly, as well as
regenerate thumbnails and check for new folders. Still just showing a blank plugin
screen, would be great to use it again! Thanks.

 * You should deactivate the Media Library Folders plugin, activate the Media Library
Folders Reset plugin and run the Database Reset option which will remove its
data from the database and then reactivate Media Library Folders so it can do
a fresh scan of your site replace any of the settings that may be missing.

 * I must have missed the Reset Database option and was just using Media Library
folders reset before. It worked perfectly! Thanks Alan
