Bug report * Resolved [dianafoh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dianafoh/) * (@dianafoh) * [8 years, 3 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-broken-bug-report/) * Hello, * I’ve just installed the free version of your image optimizer after I’ve already purchased your bundle of 27 Plugins from Webdorado. * Unfortunately whenever I try to use the plugin it doesn’t work. I can easily access the whole options section and so on but when I want to bulk optimize my 231 images it only takes a few seconds until the page is refreshed and nothing has happened at all. If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check Image optimizer simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue. * Thanks.
