• I just started using the Broken Link Checker plugin. It finds the broken links just fine, and un-linking and deleting work. Of course, in WordPress deleting a post actually means “move to trash”.

When I go Post > Edit > Trash and try to permanently delete the posts, I get the following error (where [path-to-wordpress] is the location of my WP install):

Fatal error: Call to a member function delete() on a non-object in [path-to-wordpres]/wp-content/plugins/broken-link-checker/includes/containers/comment.php on line 202

This happens whether I try to delete posts individually, by the bulk actions menu, or by the “Empty Trash” button. But it seems to only happen on posts that were “deleted” (or moved to the trash, rather) via the Broken Link Checker. Posts that I moved to the trash via the normal menu in Posts > Edit can be permanently deleted from the trash bin without error.
