# [Plugin: BuddyPress] Content Error

 * I started getting this error after upgrading to the latest version of bp.
    **
   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or
   unsupported form of compression.**

 * 1. BP 1.2.8 is compatible with WP 3.1 above.
 * 2. Remove RSS Feed Widget from theme’s sidebar.
 * 3. Windows or Linux server?
 * 4. Deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress and change to bp-default theme.

 * This error did start after recently updating my theme and did cease when I switched
   themes.
