 * A bug has appeared with this plugin and the latest updates from woocommerce.
 * I have it set, so you get a free gift over £20, but this does not work unless
   you spend over £24. Any Ideas?
 * Set over 19.99 and worked fine before.
 * Criteria
    Spend over £20 Basket Total Price is greater than 19.99
 * All plugins on the latest version including woocommerce.
