I am aware of the problem. Something is corrupted on the SVN server side. I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to correct the problem remotely, but on my end all i see is that there is no problem detected – can’t fix something if it is not seen as broken. Sigh – I hate SVN and Tortoise with a passion. GRRRR! I am just about to go the route of Cforms and bail on the SVN system altogether. Every single upload i have ever done has had problems. I’m pretty sick of it at this point. I will most likely incorporate an auto update feature within BPS itself instead of having to go through SVN. I can’t afford to waste 2-3 hours every time i want to upload an updated version of BPS. For now I will add version .45.4 on my site. This will require manually downloading, unzipping and then uploading…for now. Like i said i will include an update option within BPS very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience. The new problem now is that version .45.4 is installing .45.3 so it is creating an endless loop. My next attempt to resolve this will be to try and tag and release a new version. 45.5 and cross my fingers that it overrides the corrupted database .45.4 entry. All my tags are being renamed with a .0 in front of my tagged versions so .45.4 is tagged as .0.45.4 and .45.5 was tagged as .0.45.5. At this point I’m done with SVN. Going the cforms route I’ve had enough of SVN. LOL. The WP SVN DB for BPS is working perfectly again now. I would like to personally thank the WP dude or dudess that fixed the issue. You ROCK! I personally like what SVN does in general. It is a huge time saver for all involved most of the time. Occasionally any app no matter how well written it is can have problems. That doesn’t mean that I can’t bash the hell out of it while it is hiccupping. LOL SVN is a great tool. I just have some personal history with the SVN app. 😉 * Thanks again to the WP person who took care of the issue.
