 * I am having a major problem with my website.
 * I have updated to WP 3.4, then I deleted some old files as indicated.
 * As soon as I turned on Cron again, the site went off.
 * On the homepage, the error is:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_front_page_template()
   in /home/*******/public_html/wp-includes/template-loader.php on line 26
 * On the admin page, this is the one:
    Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Theme’ not found
   in /home/*****/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 69
 * I tried by renaming the BPS folder, by uploading WP3.4 again, but nothing works.
 * Unfortunately, I do not have the backup of the files, just the database, and
   I need the site to be back online fast, it is very important.
 * Is there something I can do?
 * Please help!
 * Thank you.
 * Stefano

 * Sounds like you have a slightly different end result if this is directly related
   to BPS. Some WordPress Upgrades to 3.4 are of course failing for several other
   reasons, but if this is directly related to BPS then do the steps the below.
   The current version of BPS Pro is only monitoring and autorestoring WP Core Root
   files. Your error messages indicate that /wp-includes files may not have been
   upgraded, but they could be “includes” from another php file. If after you restore
   your WP Core Root files and you are still having the problem then this is not
   related to BPS and you should just do a standard WordPress upgrade – download
   the wordpress.zip file, unzip it and upload all the WP Core files to your website.
 * Problem & Solution: Blank white screen in your WP Dashboard after upgrading to
   WP 3.4 – If you did not turn the AutoRestore Cron Off before upgrading to WP
   3.4, or click the Backup Files Now button before turning the AutoRestore Cron
   back On then you will need to turn the AutoRestore Cron Off and manually upload
   all the WP Core Root files to your website (download the wordpress.zip file,
   unzip it to get the WP Core Root files), then click the Backup Files Now button
   and then turn the AutoRestore Cron back On.
 * Actually after re-reading your problem this does not appear to be related to
   BPS at all. What I suspect is that you have a problem with your Theme. Switch
   to the WordPress 2011 Theme and proceed from there.

 * I have no idea what happened.
    But everything is back to normal now. And I have
   done nothing!
 * May I take advantage?
 * I am not able to set up the custom php.ini.
 * At the top of the page, there is this:
 * BULLETPROOF PRO 5.1.7 SECURE .HTACCESS || AutoRestore Status: On – Check Files
   Every Minute
 * A PHP Error has been logged in your PHP Error Log
    To go to the P-Security PHP
   Error Log page Click Here
 * Custom php.ini File Error – PHP Error Log Path Does Not Match
    The PHP Error
   Log Location Set To: folder path does not match the Error Log Path Seen by Server:
   folder path. If your site is in Maintenance Mode you can disregard this error
   message. Click Here to go to the PHP Error Log page and click the Htaccess Protected
   Secure PHP Error Log Read Me button for troubleshooting steps.
 * Could you please help me out?
 * Thank you very much.

 * Well I personally love problems that fix themselves don’t you? LOL
 * Logically I would think if the problem went away on its own then it probably
   had something to do with cached website files – ie once your cache was cleared
   or re-cached then everything was fine???
 * Please send an email to info[at]ait-pro[dot]com so that i can assist your further.
   Thank you.

 * LOL yes, I guess you’re right.
 * I will email you, I would really appreciate if you could help me out with the
   php.ini set up
 * Thank you so much.
