# Plugin but it doesn’t work

 * Hi,
 * Installed the plugin but it doesn’t work, it displays the error message “Charter
   Bookings cannot work properly if your timezone is not set. Navigate to general
   settings to set your site timezone.”
 * although timezone is established, a change in timezone does not produce a result.

 * The second error, the product cannot be edited, the changes are not saved, to
   make changes you need to delete the product and create it again, with new values.

 * I am so very sorry that I missed your message. I am very responsive to support
   requests, but this is the first I’ve gotten through the forum here. Still learning
   the ropes of support forum.
 * From your WP Admin Dashboard: Settings->General->Timezone
    You must set the timezone
   and save the settings. Even if you happen to be in UTC timezone, that value needs
   to be present in the options table and it is not until you toggle to another 
   timezone and save settings.
 * As to the second error, I would need some more details to answer your query.
