 * Hi
    Calculated forms are not displaying on the frontend under neither the classic
   nor direct script load method. I use w3tc and cloudflare, and I think the work
   together as regards minify, I disabled html minify on cloudflare, and w3tc but
   I can’t see the forms displaying, what Can I do? Thanks
