# Plugin cannot Load Web Traffic Report

 * Hi,
 * My site has installed the latest version of Monsterinsights, but it cannot load
   web traffic report and displays the text as follows:
 * Ooops! It Appears JavaScript Didn’t Load
 * There seems to be an issue running JavaScript on your website, which MonsterInsights
   is crafted in to give you the best experience possible.
 * If you are using an ad blocker, please disable or whitelist the current page 
   to load MonsterInsights correctly.
 * Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘show_report’)
 * please help me how to solve this issue. Meanwhile, if we use the previous version(
   8.10.0), it is still be able to display.
