 * LifterLMS requires PHP 5.6 or higher. You’re using 5.5 or lower if you’re seeing
   this error. You can upgrade really easily on most cPanels and if you can’t contact
   your host. They should upgrade to 5.6 (or better yet 7) because 5.5 have reached
   their official end of life.
