Title: Plugin caused Errors with Tag Manager Last modified: August 8, 2019 --- # Plugin caused Errors with Tag Manager * Resolved [zimbawhitening](https://wordpress.org/support/users/zimbawhitening/) * (@zimbawhitening) * [6 years, 10 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-caused-errors-with-tag-manager/) * Hey Support! * I’ve always used Google Tag Manager to track all things Google – Analytics, Adwords, Conversion Linker pixels have always functioned properly. * I added this plug-in to see if there was any additional benefits that I could gain. As soon as the plug-in was added, a notification popped up that I should de-activate one or the other. I decided to stick with what I knew, and immediately de-activated this plug-in. * However, now our conversion value for Google Adwords AND Snapchat (both located in Google Tag Manager) is zero, although there are purchases coming in from each marketing channel. Please help me troubleshoot what could have possibly went wrong, nothing in Tag Manager was changed and I’m quite confused what happened. * Side note: There are other pixels on tag manager that are correctly passing back conversion value, so it seems the only two that were affected were Adwords and Snapchat. * Thank you so much in advance! I would confirm that the code is all still there (or possibly even replace it). * Nothing really jumped out at me on your site as far as the GA plugin goes. So I’m not sure what could have happened. I de-activated the plug-in we use and re-activated it to see if that had any effect but the Conversion Value that’s being passed back is still 0.
