 * Hi there, firstly thank you for what I’m sure is an excellent plugin. I was wondering
   if you could help.
I’m pretty sure I have set the plugin up correctly (I’ve
followed the instructions) and I’ve loaded up the documents via the ‘Add Media’
button on the page, then I’ve added [dg] Before adding the [dg] code the page
works fine, however when I add the [dg] code I get a 500 Internal Server Error
on the page. I couldn’t see anyone else with the same problem so was wondering
if you had any ideas. Her is the URL for the page, although I doubt it will help
you as of course the page cannot load. [http://www.capitalprofile.com/brochure-download/](http://www.capitalprofile.com/brochure-download/)
 * Thanks for your help
    Keith

 * Interesting… That is definitely a new one.
 * We may be able to figure out what is going on with some of DG’s built-in debug
logging. To do that, the first thing I need you to do is [enable WP_DEBUG](http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG).
After you’ve done that, DG will start logging things to your PHP log file, some
of which may be useful in tracking down what is happening.
 * Once you’ve enabled WP_DEBUG, I recommend installing a plugin to help you view
the file (unless you are proficient in server management, in which case you can
ignore the following and just open the file). The plugin I generally recommend
   is [Error Log Monitor](http://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/), but
   there are others floating around.
 * Once you have all of that setup, let me know what shows up, specifically any
log entries prefixed by “DG: “
