We did not receive a “recovery mode” automated email to the Admin address, but that might be due to your plugin being in error. * I’m fully aware that the version of WP it’s running on isn’t fully up-to-date and quite possibly the version of the plugin isn’t either. Like I said, we are investigating. * WP itself is on V 6.2.6 and once we were able to FTP into the back-end we could see an error log stating: * `[Wed Jan 15 14:13:37.569914 2025] [php7:emerg] [pid 3196] [client ******] PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected ')' in /var/www/*****/public/******/wp- content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Dashboard/includes/rest-api/v1/class-psd-rest- api.php on line 60` * (certain content redacted) – I appreciate that it’s **very** little to go on, and the first course of action would be to get WP itself and the plugin up-to- date, but besides that, might the error log above make anyone go “Oh! that’ll be blah-blah”? * Thanks!
