 * Hi there, I’ve been using this plugin for years and it works fine, but two days
   ago, I started experiencing downtime. I disabled all themes and plugins on my
   website and re-enabled them one by one where I found out Simple Download Monitor
   Plugin is the one causing the downtimes.
 * I received a mail from WordPress stating the errors below;
 * Error Details

 * I don’t know much about coding, and this plugin is one of the most used plugin
   on my website. Please help me.

 * Did anything change in your site or server prior to this issue happening in your
   site? Are you running the latest version of our plugin?
 * Kind regards.

 * I didn’t change anything on my server or the website, I even disabled all plugins
   and left SDM enabled to check if a random plugin is conflicting with SDM and
   it turns out the issue is from SDM itself.
   I use the latest version of the plugin.

 * No one has reported an issue like this. Something has happened in your site or
   server. What PHP version is running in your server? Can you also disable and
   delete our plugin. Then install and activate a fresh new copy.
 * Kind regards.

 * I use PHP 8.1.23, I’ve deleted and reactivated a fresh copy of the plugin, it’s
   still the same thing. Sometimes, it will act normal maybe after reactivating
   and will start causing downtimes again.
 * If I disable the plugin without deleting, the website works well and fast. But
   after activating, reverse is the case.
 * And things are not like that before. Can you list out what I can do?

 * Can you check your server log files? Also, can you elaborate further what do
   you mean by downtime? I want to make sure I understand your issue correctly.
 * Thank you.
