# Plugin causing admin problems

 * I wrote up a simple little plugin to do some stuff with the custom meta values
   added on posts. The plugin works for what I want it to, except it completely 
   screws up the admin page!
 * The problem is when the plugin is loaded, things like enabling and disabling 
   plugins, logging out, editing posts, etc, all lead to a blank page. Most of the
   time (except logging out) the actions are fulfilled, it just never goes back 
   to the page it is supposed to.
 * I’ve searched on here and saw some things with the pluggable-functions.php, dealing
   with IIS, but that seems to be fixed in my version of WP (not currently the newest
   version).

 * I have even gone so far as to comment out everything except the <?php at the 
   beginning and the ?> at the end of the plugin, and I commented everywhere in 
   my theme code where I call functions from the plugin, and it still gives me weird
   behavior.

 * ok so here is the solution:
 * plugins can’t have any whitespace after the “?>” at the end of file. wow.
