# Plugin causing Error Message ”Sorry, no products matched your selection.’

 * I’ve tested all the plugins on my website one by one, and this plugin is causing
   an issue when selecting different variants on a product listing. It’s not showing
   all various options, e.g. Size and colour, with the error message ‘Sorry, no 
   products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination’.
 * It shows the error especially when you have an item in the basket. You need to
   click through the various listing randomly, then the error message shows up.
 * The issue comes up when browsing on Google Chrome. There doesn’t seem to be any
   issues with Edge or Firefox. It works fine on Chrome incognito on desktop, but
   not on mobile in incognito mode or normal.

 * I’ve temporarily disable this plugin for another payment gateway. Until there’s
   options I can troubleshoot.

 * The Stripe plugin doesn’t control the rendering of product options on your product
   page, that is managed by WooCommerce.
 * Do you have a staging site where this error can be recreated? If you don’t have
   a staging site is there a time where you can enable our plugin so a test can 
   be performed?

 * We’ve now switched to another stripe gateway plugin and the issue has gone. 
 * This did coincide with the latest update of Elementor, so it look like it may
   have had some compatibility issues with this. But we went through all our other
   plugin one by one and it was definitely this plugin that was causing the issue
   on Chrome.
