 * Hello! First I want to say that our non-profit organization LOVES your plugin
   and we very much want to keep using it.
 * That being said, we’re coming across a serious compatibility issue with the plugin:
   Ultimate Membership Pro. URL for their plugin: [http://wpindeed.com/](http://wpindeed.com/)
 * When their plugin and your plugin are active at the same time, we get a Fatal
   error when someone tries to reset their password. Is there a way to fix this?
   We need both plugins active and both are vital to the functionality of our website.
 * Thanks!
 * Greta

 * Well, this being a premium plugin, they are more likely to be able to tell you
   what the specific incompatibility is. I can’t tell from the error messages you’ve
   included. Participants Database doesn’t interact with the WP_Post object, so
   it’s not clear how the plugin is involved in this problem.

 * Hi and thank you for your answer. We did probe a bit farther with the author
   of the premium membership plugin, and they said:
 * “On your WP there seems to be an issue with get_page_permastruct() function and
   because of that with get_permalink() functions. Both are default official WP
   functions and should have no issue if no other scripts affects the WP core files.”
 * The coding of WP is a bit beyond my comprehension level so please forgive me
   if my question seems ignorant: Does Participants Database interact or have anything
   to do with the get_page_permastruct() or get_permalink() functions? Or any WP
   core functions?

 * The only possibility I see here is with the Pretty Permalinks add-on for Participants
   Database. Are you using that? That does modify how site URLs are interpreted (
   which is how permalinks are used), but of course, I am using approved “plays
   nice with others” methods for doing that.
