Plugin causing load spike

    Hi & Warm Greetings !!

    I’ve found the plugin ” WordPress Form Manager ” and feel great with its features. I’ve added the plugin to latest version wordpress(3.5) website. But within 24hrs, website is suspended at root level and service provider has informed me that ” Domain is using more MySql. The mysql usage in your account is very high and the mysql server is crashing again and again . Because of this , the other important services like nameserver and httpd are getting seriously affected. Plugin causing load spike. Please check with wordpress forum ” and given those log details.
