 * The theme I use uses css3pie.com but CDN Sync Tool is not syncing some of their
   files, I dont know why

 * I have don’t know, as you haven’t given anywhere near enough details. However
   I suspect that it’s because the file types for the files are not static.

 * hm, it is .htc (dont askme wft is this) but that css3pie is used to make rounded
   borders on IE on that theme and since it is not syncing it crashes on IE. I will
   try to fix it on wp super cache to dont try to get that .htc from CDN

 * Worked, I excluded on CDN tab to call for .htc files on CDN
